Since your first order had returned after first three failed delivery attempts, we have already shipped another order again. We cannot control the delivery and conversation between a customer and delivery person and three attempts are more than enough to get a parcel delivered.

We have already shipped the same order again without any extra charges for failed delivery the first time.
I understand you're upset but as a small business or any scale business, this is the best we can do from our end. Any failure from the customer's side to accept the delivery, is not a reflection of our services or products.
