COD ORDERS:

If a COD order is not confirmed via multiple phone-call verification attempts, then that order will be cancelled.
All COD Orders are verified on the same working day & if the customer is not reachable, then again the next working day.
All COD orders are first verified via phone call in order to avoid returns.
When a COD orders gets returned, we end up bearing loss of Rs 200.
To avoid this, COD verification phone call is a must. Hence, please only give a number on which you are reachable & correct delivery address.

SHIPPING TIME:

We use Delhivery to ship most of our orders.
We are based out of Ghaziabad.
Delivery time depends on how far the delivery area is from our location.
Delivery time is calculated after pickup.
Estimated Delivery Date is updated on the tracking ID page once the order is picked up.
For faster delivery, you can also opt for EXPRESS DELIVERY while checking out.
