FAQ 1: I placed my order but I did not get any confirmation mail. What to do?
⭐ The confirmation mail gets sent to you immediately once you place an order. For COD Orders, you'll get a call within 24 hours for address confirmation and once confirmed, your order will be shipped. If you want to skip this step, kindly send us your confirmation on our WhatsApp number (icon shown on website) or message us to place a pre-paid order, we'll ship your order the next business day.
FAQ 2: How much time will the delivery take?
⭐ The delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Since we are based out of Ghaziabad, the delivery to Delhi & NCR is faster than the delivery to other states in India.
FAQ 3: How do I track my order?
⭐ You'll receive a tracking ID on your registered phone number (WhatsApp) & on email as well once the order is picked up from our location. So kindly wait for the same. You can also track your order using your mobile number or order ID on Delhivery.com, once your order is picked up.
FAQ 4: What if I missed my order's delivery?
⭐ No worries. We will re-attempt the delivery for the 2nd (& 3rd time if required). Just drop us an email or ping us on Instagram @SimplyGorgeous.in or our WhatsApp number with your Order ID.
FAQ 5: I put the wrong address or pin-code but I'm unable to view my order now. How do I correct it?
⭐ You can immediately reach out to us for any order correction at simplygorgeous.in@gmail.com or reply to your confirmation mail with the updated order, & we'll make the correction on our side. You can also ping us on our WhatsApp number.
FAQ 6: I really like a necklace but it's showing out of stock. What do I do?
⭐ We try our best to re-stock our designs ASAP. If you'd like to know the re-stock update of any piece, you can DM us or mail us for an update. It rarely happens that a product doesn't get restocked.
