Returns: Since we are a small business, we do not accept returns for orders.-
Only if a damaged product is delivered, we offer free of cost replacement.
Replacement: We offer free of cost replacement ONLY IF the delivered product is damaged. The customer must make a video while receiving the order as a proof, showing the items received with the original packaging on the SAME DELIVERY DAY & send it to us on Instagram @SimplyGorgeous.in or WhatsApp at +91-9310069538 to avail free of cost replacement.
Refund: We do not provide refunds at any cost. In some cases, you might be eligible for a credit note.
Missing item : In case a product is missing from your package, you can raise an issue for the same & we will ship it to you at the earliest. You must have a proof of unboxing video from the start clearly showing all the products in the package. Please note, we don’t provide refund for the missing item. You may be eligible for a free of cost replacement with other product if the missing item is out of stock.
Exchange: We do not provide exchange due to our affordable prices as we give complete information on our product pages & show unedited product videos on our social media. However, if you're unsatisfied with a product, feel free to give us a feedback on WhatsApp at +91-9310069538 to let us know how and what we can improve.
You need to raise a return/exchange request within a period of 3 days from the delivery date. Post this period of 3 days, your order shall become final sale, and would not be eligible for any return request.
